The Problem with Kimkins

If you’ve been reading my weight loss blogs, many of you know that I am generally against diets that exclude complete food groups and I’m against diets that are radical. Kimkins does both. This is a potentially dangerous diet. However, since this blog is on weight loss and well, Kimkins will cause you to lose weight, I am presenting the information. However, not all weight loss is equal. How was Kimkins started?
