Weight Loss and Walking the Walkby Angel Lynn Diamond | More from this Blogger 30 Dec 2008 08:35 AM My Journey As a new discoverer of Leslie Sansone, I am thrilled. Not only is she inspirational and motivational, her workouts can be done all in the privacy and comfort of your own home. I know that when I get home from working all day the last thing that I want to do is get ready to go back out of the house to go to the gym. For most people, myself included, there are just not enough hours in the day and time is precious. In order to fit all that I have to do into my day, I have to put my time management skills into action. If I do not exercise every day, I do not feel right. I feel that something is missing and I notice that my energy level takes a plunge. Easily Accomplished! I pop in one of Leslie's videos every night and immediately I feel uplifted and gain renewed strength. I find that her workouts give me a boost like no other workout has done for me before. As a big fan of walking, when I found that she also wrote about walking, I had to read her book. Again, I was not disappointed. Reasonably priced with a DVD included of one of her walking workouts, this is a must have book for every walker. Her book outlines an easy-to-follow format on her 30-day program. She includes daily devotionals and spiritual quotes to help keep you motivated. Weight loss and nutrition facts will educate you on a healthier lifestyle. There are several testimonies of women just like you and I who have used her walking program and have lost the pounds that have prevented them from being healthy. Leslie's background of fitness, her credibility and her rave reviews on her walking program have made her an icon in the fitness industry. Leslie is truly an inspiration. I lost 90 + pounds and have kept it off for 2 years! Leslie has a new series of dvd's coming out in Target stores on April 5th. I was part of a survey that got to try them out (actually 3 of the 6), and I have to tell you, you are going to want these!!!! They are the Walk Your Way Thin series. The 3 I got are 3 Mile Calorie Blast: she uses the ab belt with it and man, is it a work out!! Lots of upper body and ab work!! Walk Off 10 Pounds comes with a step counter that is pretty nice. The work out itself is also 3 miles and is a real sweater! No other boosters with that one, but still a very good work out! The 3rd one is Walk It Off and Tone It Up. This one is 5 miles and comes with two stretch bands that she uses together at times to really boost things up. Holy Buckets, is that one awesome!!! In all of them she takes her traditional moves and bumps them up a notch in ways that make perfect sense, but I never thought of.
