Confessions of a Late Night Muncher

When do you cave into your food cravings? Do you race for snacks when you walk in the door, when you are bored or stressed? I am a late-night muncher. I remember in college, after a night out, I would always stop for pizza or grab a bag of chips at the store on the way home. It sounds like a horror movie: you move carefully through a dark kitchen until you reach your goal. The light from the freezer blinds you for a moment! Thinking about Cravings

I just sat down and ate a bag of reduced-fat microwave popcorn with Magic Shell chocolate syrup on top. It’s not as gross as it sounds, really! (I like salty and sweet together.)
