Jessie has become obsessed with pizza. I don’t know when it happened; I think it was at Wesley’s fifth birthday party. Wesley lives down the street. His sister Charleigh is a few weeks older than Jessie and their cousin’s birthday is the day after Jess’s. Wesley’s birthday was fun with friends and toys and a bounce house. Brains use up 20% of your carbohydrate intake. Brains love carbs and so do I! I should be the smartest person in the world since I consume more carbs than my share. Yet, my brain is smarter than me since it craves a certain type of carbohydrate. My brain does not want a daily intake of Twinkies and grape soda. My brain seeks food that helps it run on full power. Do you have diet delusions? According to a new book by Elizabeth Somer called 10 Habits That Mess Up A Woman’s Diet – we’re all delusional. I’m hoping she means that in a good way.
