Negative Calorie Foods

To be clear, every single thing you put in your mouth has calories. Even gum, something you don’t even swallow, has calories. There is no such thing as a food that has negative calories. However, there are foods that require more energy to chew and digest than they actually contain. In theory, if you existed on a diet solely of these foods, you would lose weight.
