Register Now for the Body For Life Challengeby Lisa P | More from this Blogger 25 Dec 2007 06:16 AM Not only is the Body-for-Life Challenge the most flexible eating and exercise program I've found yet but it is also flexible when it comes to your entry in the challenge competition. Now remember, this is not a competition against other people. This is a competition with yourself. What matters at the end is how well you've transformed what you started with, not how you look against the others who are competing. There are four rounds in the 2008 Body-for-Life Challenge: If you want to compete in Round 1, you need to start no later than February 11, 2008 and finish your 12-week program no later than May 4, 2008. If you want to compete in Round 2, you need to start no later than April 7, 2008 and finish your 12-week program no later than July 7, 2008. If you want to compete in Round 3, you need to start no later than June 30, 2008 and finish your 12-week program no later than September 22, 2008. If you want to compete in Round 4, you need to start no later than September 3, 2008 and finish your 12-week program no later than November 26, 2008. With this kind of flexibility, there really is no reason for you to not find the time to enter the challenge. With prizes of $20,000 and $50,000 and no entry fees, what have you got to lose? Here at Families.com we'll begin the challenge on January 7, 2008 and end on March 30. If you stick with the program with the rest of us, you could have your dream body well before bathing suit season and have achieved one of your greatest New Year's Resolutions before the end of March! You may be wondering why we'll start on Monday, January 7th. There is a very good reason for that. We all know how much food most families have leftover after the holidays. There is the candy that Santa leaves in the kids' stockings and the fudge that Grampa makes every year, the rum balls that Aunt Pam makes and, well, you get the idea. Starting a diet on January 1st is usually just a really bad idea because there are tasty leftovers that most of us just can't say "No" to. My intention is to give us all time to enjoy the leftovers, put away the decorations and get back into our normal routines before we tackle the challenge. So what do you think?
