Looking For My Waist: Two Steps Forward?

I am doing better than I was just a few days ago. I hung in there with the good habits I had started, and I am actually craving healthy foods. I love salad... but somehow restaurant salads taste a lot better.

The good habits include eating ridiculous amounts of vegetables and fiber filled foods. I have also taken to sipping pomegranate juice instead of downing large amounts of sugar laden fruit juices. Instead I drink a lot more water and tea. Another good habit is constant movement. Even though I write for a living and homeschool my kids, which requires a lot of time sitting to type or talk to kids, I stay in constant motion. Right now I am typing lying on my stomach and waving my feet in the air. I also stretch my body every morning.

I still have to work on exercising. Although I want to practice my dance steps, with my husband working in another state, we don't get much time to do it, and I can't seem to remember what to do with my feet without a partner. But, I do think we are finally getting our Wii this week I just hope I use it since I did not use the Kick target or balancing ball I also had my husband purchase for me. Yes, I have a bit of a lazy side.

Anyone have any ideas to get me motivated and moving my body?

Meanwhile, I re-lost the 3 pounds I put on last weekend, so I guess I am not too upset that I did not meet my four pound weight loss for the month of February. Maybe I will make it up in March.
