I am having an easy time on this new eating plan. Every other day dieting seems to keep my metabolism higher than restricting myself every other day. On my diet days, I eat oatmeal or special K cereal for breakfast, fruit and a little cheese for snacks. I make a pot of soup or chili and eat that for lunch and dinner.
