Kate Moss’ Vibrancy Diet

Apparently, Kate Moss has parted ways with her rock and roller boyfriend and has also decided to part ways with the rock and roll lifestyle (eating whatever, whenever and sleeping every other week or so). She says she’s on a diet now. She’s calling it the Vibrancy Diet. For all my research, I couldn’t find any such diet so my guess is she chose to call it the Vibrancy Diet instead of the I-ditched-my-loser-lover-and-need-to-get-back-in-shape-or-nobody-else-will-have-me-because-I-look-like-crap Diet. Celebrities and (Lack of) Fitness

You know your fitness regime needs tweaking when people constantly ask you when your baby is due… and you’re not pregnant. Right, Kate Moss? The fashionista, who became famous for being super skinny, is… well… not super skinny anymore. But, she’s not pregnant either. Another celeb, another scent to be doused with as you make your way through the cosmetics department at Macy’s. The reason I decided to blog about Queen Latifah’s fragrance launch is because I was intrigued by her response to the question: “Why add one more perfume to an … Continue reading

According to Dr. Joseph Ojile of the Clayton Sleep Institute, there is a direct connection between poor sleep and obesity. In fact, the National Sleep Foundation has found poor sleep habits to be such a part of obesity that they want obesity therapists to consider this issue in the fight against obesity with as much importance as diet and exercise. The proof came in 2004 when a … Continue reading
