When I was young with probably zero percent body fat, I often worked out with Jack LaLanne as I watched his television show. This was before Jane Fonda donned her headband and legwarmers, before there were any “of Steel” videos, and when “Biggest Loser” trainer Jillian Michaels was still in diapers.
