Yes, I know I’m on a diet. By tradition I’m supposed to eat crispbread, low fat cottage cheese, lettuce leaves and a side helping of tomatoes topped with dried rosemary to indicate that food can still have taste whilst being low in calories. Diary of an Overweight Mom: On The Road Again

Tomorrow morning around 4:30 I will get my sleepy-eyed children out of the warmth of their beds and will strap them snugly into their car seats for the six hour drive home to see my family.
