I Blew It. $75.00 That Is.

I blew it today. I got Christmas Decoration envy and went to the store and spent money. Budgeted money. It’s not my fault. Well, ok, it is my fault but I have a good reason. Over the last weekend Hubby and I went to a wonderful party in a new custom home that had been professionally decorated. The lady of the house had 106 Christmas trees. Yep. 106. Diary of an Overweight Mom: Did I Succeed or Did I Fail?

We’re finally home from our weekend in Arizona. The kids had a great time playing in Grandma’s yard and roasting marshmallows at Grandpa’s. As promised, the Thanksgiving table was filled with yummy dishes, and the temptations didn’t stop there. On Friday night we were treated to a barbecue of burgers and bratwurst…and my mom’s delicious potato salad. Diary of an Overweight Mom: Day 7—Panic

Morning Weight: 180.8 (Back down 2 ounces from yesterday) So I’ve completed week one. I’ll be interested to see what the scale says my total weight loss was for the week when I step on tomorrow. But tonight, panic is setting in. No, not crazy panic. Just that little panic that wells up in my chest when I know I’m not going to lose 10 pounds next week.
