Create Your Own Body-for-Life Success Journal

You could buy the Body-for-Life Success Journal. It is an excellent book and is completely loaded with everything you need to keep track of your personal progress throughout the Body-for-Life Challenge. I used one the last time I did the challenge and really loved it. Nobody can write motivational material like Bill Phillips and I found his daily dose of it in the Success Journal was very helpful.

Now if you don't want to spend the $25.95 to buy this at your nearest retail bookstore, Bill Phillips has made it particularly easy for you to create your very own success journal that contains everything that the store-bought book would include.

The Body-for-Life website has a whole section (http://www.bodyforlife.com/exercise/journals.asp) with printable pages for your free, homemade and self-printed success journal. You'll find the following printable documents there:

PDF formatted Daily Progress Reports

PDF formatted Success Journal Dream List (taken directly from the Success Journal)

PDF formatted Success Journal Journey to Success worksheet (taken directly from the Success Journal)

PDF formatted Success Journal 12-Week Goals worksheet (taken directly from the Success Journal)

PDF formatted Success Journal Power Mindset worksheet (taken directly from the Success Journal)

PDF formatted Success Journal Eating for Life worksheet (taken directly from the Success Journal)

Excel formatted Eating for Life and Training for Life pages for all 84 days of the challenge.

Just print the pages you want to use and put them in a binder and you've got a great Body-for-Life Success Journal!

For my own success journal, I've put together the Excel formatted Eating for Life (food journal) and Training for Life (exercise journal) with the Dream List, Journey to Success worksheet, 12-Week Goals worksheet and Power Mindset worksheet. I've also added an additional page for my start and finish weight, bodyfat and measurements.

Check these downloadable pages out for yourself. You still have time to create you own Body-for-Life Success Journal before we begin the challenge in January.
