When do you cave into your food cravings? Do you race for snacks when you walk in the door, when you are bored or stressed? I am a late-night muncher. I remember in college, after a night out, I would always stop for pizza or grab a bag of chips at the store on the way home. Do you eat when you are bored, upset, happy, or frustrated? Many do and it leads to overeating and weight gain. Emotional eating can devastate a diet and lead to more intense feelings of guilt and frustration. Letting the Holidays Drag You Down

What is it about holidays that seem to drag you down when you have been doing so well with eating healthy and exercising?
