Is it the panic that sets in that prompts more people to diet in the spring because we know that we will be wearing less? As soon as March rolls around the bathing suits are coming out on the racks in the store. Shorts start to appear, sandals, suntan lotion.

To weigh or not to weigh, that is the question. I know that every expert will tell you not to weigh yourself more than once a week. They will tell you not to be as concerned with your weight, but more so to be concerned with health and fitness. Personally, I cannot do that. Don't get me wrong.
