I did this. Yes, I did. I went on a potato fast about three years ago. I quickly acquired the nickname, "Potato Girl". Very funny. Much to my surprise, it worked. I lost about 5 pounds in three days. I know that healthy eating is the way to go and normally I would do that, as I am doing now.

This is an old diet that has been around for many years. I haven't actually tried this version but it looks like a simple low calorie, low fat, low carb, drop a lot of weight in a week kind of diet.
