Since I have a little bit of a knee problem right now I have had to make some choices on how best to go about my normal exercise routine. I could either: A. Give up exercising altogether. OR B. Modify my routine. Since I am not a big fan of being a couch potato, I chose B.

I am so thankful for my job. Not only do I appreciate it because of how hard it is to hang on to a job right now, but also that I am doing something that I enjoy. The people at my job that I work with are like extended family. The residents who live there are amazing people.

A large population of people are out of shape. Many of them are trying to get into shape. For those who are already in shape and maintaining, wonderful. You look great running down the street. You are in your sports bra and nothing is moving from either end of the car.

I started jogging now and again about 6 months ago. I first used the DVD, "Walk Away the Pounds, Walk and Jog" by Leslie Sansone. I then would mix it up a bit using a mini trampoline, which is a whole lot easier to jog on. Sometimes I would just turn on the radio and jog away.

What do you think about when you are exercising? You can make exercising zip right on by when you use your brain. I love to exercise, but I have to admit that every once in a while it does become monotonous.

Hooray! The warm weather is finally here! The warm weather means outdoor fun. No more staying cooped up in the house. The warm weather also makes it more difficult to exercise outdoors. It takes more energy in the summer to exercise outdoors and we tire more easily.
