Can You Give Yourself 12 Weeks?

Julie Ann Sproles gave herself twelve weeks and lost forty pounds. She went from a size 16 to a size 6.

In the grand scheme of things, twelve weeks really isn't that much. It isn't even one quarter of a year! When you consider how little work is involved in following the Body-for-Life plan and that you'll put in less than an hour a day improving yourself, this question should be a no-brainer! Less than one hour a day for only 84 days?

Come on! This is a piece of cake!

Speaking of cake, you can eat that piece of cake every Sunday on the Body-for-Life program! Yes, you can get results like Julie Ann did and still eat cake every week. You see, the Body-for-Life program figures in one "free day" every week when you don't have to exercise at all and you can eat whatever you want. Whatever you've been craving for sweets and treats all week, you can eat them on Sunday!

The Body-for-Life program is the least intimidating and the most effective program out there for getting yourself into the best shape of your life in the shortest time possible. Let me explain this for you:

On Body-for-Life, you eat real food that you already have in the house.

On Body-for-Life, you have to exercise less than an hour a day for only six days a week.

On Body-for-Life, your aerobic workout doesn't go on for hours. It lasts only 20 minutes and you only have to do it three times a week.

On Body-for-Life, you don't have to spend hours a day lifting weights in the gym. You lift weights for no more than 45 minutes per session for only three sessions per week.

On Body-for-Life, you don't need to join a gym. You can do every workout in the comfort and privacy of your own home.

Can you give yourself twelve weeks?

We start here on January 6, 2008!
