I do. I feel like giving up all the time. I admit it. I don't mind the dieting so much. I am not one to find comfort in food and I love vegetables. I feel like giving up when it comes to working out. I find it discouraging. Yes, discouraging. Once upon a time, I was in good shape.

Tomorrow is Monday. Monday, the day all diets doomed to failure begin. When we wait for Monday we are actually procrastinating and dreading the diet we will begin. Monday diets are doomed to failure because the attitude is faulty.

My kids love granola bars. I used to buy the ten packs at the grocery store just to keep them satisfied. However, one day I looked at the ingredients and decided I did not to fill my kids up with chemicals and sugar. For some reason, I thought making granola bars was impossible.

Of all the vegetables in the produce aisle, I would have assumed the cauliflower had the least nutrition. For some reason it always appeared to me that cauliflower was filler or garnish. It just didn't look terribly healthy to me.
